Aiden was efficient and professional, as well as taking care to reduce the visual impact of this instillation. Then taking some extra time to ensure the charger was fully on line and functioning at its optimum,

Communication - first class. Professionalism - first class. Knowledge - first class. Solution oriented - first class. These guys were fabulous, dealt with problems outside their control with humour and resolution and the sheer effort you could see them putting into it. Enjoyed the small time I had to learn and enjoy conversations as well.

Aiden and his team fitted a solar inverter and battery storage system for us and did a brilliant job from start to finish. The installation was tidy, well planned, and clearly the work of a team who take real pride in getting the details right. Aiden talked us through the setup, explained our options without any pressure, and left everything clean and properly labelled.
Since it went in, the system has run without a hitch. Can't recommend Aiden and his team highly enough — great work, fair, and genuinely cared about doing the job properly rather than just getting it done.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Boxt contracted Event Lighting Sound & AV Limited to install my Tesla Powerwall 3 and Gateway, and I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Although Aiden and Neil originally attended a couple of weeks ago, a technical issue and the need for the correct equipment meant the installation had to be postponed. They returned today fully prepared, and from start to finish their professionalism was outstanding.

Both were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and took real pride in their work. During the installation they even identified that my existing EV charger hadn’t been installed correctly and highlighted several compliance issues. They worked with Boxt to get these resolved before re-fitting the charger, ensuring the installation fully met the required standards. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job properly was genuinely reassuring.

The installation itself was completed to a very high standard, with everything thoroughly tested before they left. They also took the time to guide me through the setup of all the apps, ensuring my solar panels, EV charger, Tesla Powerwall 3 and Gateway were all correctly connected and communicating with each other.

Nothing was too much trouble, and they made sure I was completely happy and confident with the system before handing it over.

Finally, a special mention for their tea consumption! I always thought builders held the record for drinking tea, but Aiden and Neil could give any builder a run for their money. Thankfully, I didn’t mind the constant use of the kettle as the sun was shining and my solar panels were generating plenty of free electricity, so every cuppa was powered by the sun! ☀️☕😂

A huge thank you to Aiden and Neil. They are a real credit to Event Lighting Sound & AV Limited. Their professionalism, technical expertise, attention to detail and great sense of humour made the whole experience a pleasure. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a first-class installation team.
